It starts with your labs. Here's the whole path.

- Pay the $149 three-month membership, which covers your provider video consult and lab review.

- On your consult, your provider reviews your questionnaire and labs with you and recommends a prescription plan.
- Choose the medications you want and pay for them — they ship straight to your door.

Do I need labs first?
Yes — always. If you have results from the last 90 days, have them downloaded and ready to upload at the end of your assessment. If not, order the HRT panel first; your requisition is in your patient portal right away and you schedule your draw at LabCorp.
What does it cost?
$149 for a three-month membership, which covers your provider video consult and lab review. Medications are priced separately and start at $26.16/mo — you see every price before you choose. If you need labs, the HRT panel is $149.
Is the consult really on video?
Yes. After your assessment, you schedule a video consult with a licensed provider, who goes over your questionnaire and labs with you and recommends a plan.
Do I have to buy what the provider recommends?
No. Your provider recommends; you decide. You choose which medications to purchase after your consult.
What will it treat?
Perimenopause, menopause, and everything they touch — sleep, hot flashes, mood, brain fog, energy, libido, and weight. If your labs say hormones aren't the problem, your provider says that too.
